Yuri Belosludtsev, Ph.D. - CEO: Dr. Belosludtsev has a Ph.D. in Bioorganic Chemistry and has worked in applied biotechnology for several years. He is an expert in high-throughput biopolymer synthesis, microarray and biochip surface chemistries, and all facets of both DNA and protein based microarray analysis. He has authored many important publications and patents in all of the above areas. Previously, he has served as Principal Scientist and Co-Director of the Advanced Technology Group of a large applied genomics and proteomics firm.

Thomas Powdrill, D.V.M., M.S. – President: Dr. Powdrill has worked in the applied genomics and proteomics field for the past decade. He is an author of several seminal publications and patents in the field of advanced surface chemistries for DNA and protein attachments. He has participated in the development of every phase of microarray technology, array manufacturing, DNA preparation, DNA target labeling, optimization of hybridization conditions, and analysis of hybridization data. He has previously served as Senior Director of R&D at a major applied genomics and proteomics firm.
